Hello Tim,

I was told the solution for this is to:

- Go into Control Panel
- Go into Internet Options
- Go Into Connections
- Click Lan Settings
- Uncheck "Automatically Detect Settings"
- Click Apply/Okay

This works for highspeed users so I am told, I have not verified this yet.

Cya,

There are a couple of possibliities
1. open a command prompt...start, run, type CMD, at the C:> type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter
2. repair the winsock NOTE: this is more of a connectivity issue repair. WinSock XP Fix

3. If you use a host file try updating the host file. - Bruce

If you try a web proxy, you'll be able to watch videos in FF or IE. However, some proxies are useless as they'll just request flash player, etc. Then just try other proxies until one works. I use troglodytes.net. Downloading the videos is another problem though.

Switching your ISP is the best solution as the problem is most likely the filtering or throttling. As in this country (Turkey) mollahs are in power (thanks to USA) control the only ISP, we don't have such a luxury. - A.S.

I'm running firefox, I have no GWA, and up until yesterday, every video worked fine. Yesterday, all videos worked for about twenty minutes, and then I started getting the message. Today, none have worked at all. I tried clearing my history and deleting all temp files and every other suggestion i've heard, including re-installing flash.

if you have any ideas, please let me know.
thanks a lot - Chris Shultz

I use a Mac and can't run either Google Web Accelerator or Internet Explorer, and my Firefox browser (as well as Safari) both frequently show me the "We're sorry" message in a number of the YouTube files ref'd by CyberSalt. Not all of them, mind you, just a few, and it doesn't seem to be a regular, predictable pattern. :( - Michael Mays

Pastor Tim:
I've enjoyed your emailings for many years, but recently the links don't work. I get "error on page" for the fun links (e.g., http://www.cybersalt.org/r/rocket-record). I see the text that you've written, but there is no picture to click upon -- just white space.
