The title says it all--it?s either all or nothing for the Valentine lovers or ex-lovers preparing to celebrate - or un-celebrate Valentine?s Day on its way to the USA. You either catch the fever and keep it as long as you can--or else, you de-bug yourself as best you can and vow to never catch it again! Love can be wonderful--or awful--depending on which side of the fence you sit!

"Love makes the world go round" and we do celebrate it....but when that same love?s light goes out, the mood changes--and "Don?t darken my door" becomes the post at the gate. No longer welcome here--love, you?ve hurt and wounded me--and I?ll have nothing to do with you again!

Don?t say it--don?t do it--for as the saying goes, "The one who says I will never be hurt again" is also saying, "I will never love again" - don?t let the light go out in your life. Hurts happen--and they?re heart-breaking--but run from the darkness of a despairing heart and the death of a bitter spirit. Both can kill you! Look up--there?s a Light the LORD offers you that will NEVER go out!

He?s the Light of the World, the center of our lives--single or married, and when HE is the "first Love," the rest will fall in place. God?s blessing is on the single person as He prepares you for the mate He?s planned for you--or, in some instances, the single life He?s designed for you. And love and marriage? He?s blessed it too. HE "instituted" the "divine institution" and while, on earth, sometimes it?s more of an INSTITUTION than DIVINE (come on, admit it--it?s not always easy!), it?s worth the journey and worth working out!

Whatever your status today, and whether you like it or not--there?s MORE! Let the Lord turn HIS Light on in your life today. HE wants to become the love of your heart and light it with HIS love, joy and peace. HE?s the ultimate Valentine of all time--the One who loves us unconditionally, unequivocally--and UNDERneath places His everlasting arms to hold, love and cherish us all--forever! Now that?s REAL love--the light that NEVER goes out! Believe it--receive it--and have a wonderful day!

Prayer: "Lord, I?m needing some light in my life today; not just the earthly love we all desire; but a heavenly love that only You can give. Be the love, light and center of my life, Lord--I need YOU more than anyone or anything else in heaven or earth. BE my love today--and forever--and then I know all the rest will fall in place; I trust You, my beloved Lord, In Jesus? Name, Amen."
