"He first findeth his own brother, and he brought him to Jesus."
- John 1:41,42

It seems that there are many Christian people who want the Gospel of Christ to be preached in distant places, but they do not want to bear witness themselves in their own neighborhood. There is something seriously wrong with Christians  who do not have the desire to share with others the gold of Christian faith. In the early church the flame of Christian faith leaped from one heart to another through personal witnessing.

In this land of ours about one out of every two persons professes to be a Christian. Instead of thinking first of widespread evangelistic compaigns or mass meetings of the Christian faith, each one of us should . . .

In this land of ours about one out of every two persons professes to be a Christian. Instead of thinking first of widespread evangelistic compaigns or mass meetings of the Christian faith, each one of us should constantly be thinking about reaching someone else for Christ. Andrew first found his own brother, Simon Peter, and brought him to Christ. There will be a great spiritual revival in America if everyone of us who calls himself Christian will take his Bible and then will try honestly and prayerfully to bring one person to the Savior.

I wish you knew my Jesus
And loved Him as I do,
For if you knew my Jesus,
Then you would love Him too.

He gave His life at Calvary,
The sacrifice for you;
If you'll receive my Jesus,
Then you will love Him too.

Christian friends, Every day we rub shoulder with people who need to accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Let's ask God to fill us with the longing, "I wish you knew my Jesus," Then we will become instruments in God's hand to introduce Christ to those who do not know Him.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY - If your Christianity is worth having, it's worth sharing.
