Many of you might ask yourself: "How far may I go in my opinions,
enjoyments and habits of the world without making a shipwreck of my
faith?" Some of us move so close to enemy territory in our pattern of
life that it is at times difficult to distinguish us from unbelievers.
We may find ourselves in the predicament of Peter, who in order to
protect himself, denied his Savior.
The question which should guide us is: "How can I take all of Christ
into my everyday life?" Our Savior has called us to be the salt of the
earth. That means that we at all costs must . . .

The question which should guide us is: "How can I take all of Christ into my everyday life?" Our Savior has called us to be the salt of the earth. That means that we at all costs must retain our character as Christians and then bring it to bear on life.
Christian friends, if we are not true to our calling and if we no longer testify of Christ and do not confess Him before men, we are good for nothing in the kingdom of Christ and surely will not remain in His kingdom, but will be cast out.
Grant me strength to do
With ready heart and willing
Whatever Thou shalt command
My calling here fulfilling. Amen
