"See, then, that you walk circumspectly, redeeming the time, because the days are evil."
- Ephesians 5:15,16
The old year has died and 2006 is history. As Christians, we should be
solemnized by the fact that with the passing of time we are using up
the valuable substance which constitutes life and colors all of
eternity. We should therefore walk carefully before the LORD, always
keeping spiritual values in view.
Time is elusive, it cannot be held back, either it will be used
properly, or it will be wasted. He who has no time to pray will one day
have to . . .

We should therefore walk carefully before the LORD, always keeping spiritual values in view.
Time is elusive, it cannot be held back, either it will be used properly, or it will be wasted. He who has no time to pray will one day have to find time to die, and he who has no time to reflect on God's Word is the most likely to find time to sin.
Christians friends, a new year is upon, and open before us. We should enter it with faith and hope, determined to take advantage of every opportunity to glorify God. Consulting His Word to direct our steps, we should redeem every fleeting moment. This evil would is temporary, so let's live each day, each hour, in the light of eternity.
Redeem the time! God only knows
How soon our little life may close;
As every passing moment flows,
Redeem the time!
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY - You can't kill time without injuring eternity.
