Christians sometimes express strong differences of opinion on spiritual
matters. Many heated arguments have been waged over Bible doctrines.
But the wonderful unity that believers share in the LORD Jesus makes
their disagreements insignificant.
All who have personally trusted the LORD Jesus Christ as their Savior
do claim the same "Home." They're members of the same family. And
they'll spend eternity together. I do not minimize the importance of
careful and diligent Bible Study and the . . .

All who have personally trusted the LORD Jesus Christ as their Savior do claim the same "Home." They're members of the same family. And they'll spend eternity together. I do not minimize the importance of careful and diligent Bible Study and the need for emphasizing sound doctrine. We must know and stand for the truth set forth in God's Word. But the animosity so often generated by debates among believers will be transformed into love if we contemplate our "Home, Sweet Home" and our common relationship in the royal family of Heaven. How wonderful is the tie that binds.
Blest be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like to that above.
